3C Online is part of a larger corporation, Online Business Group International, which is one of Sweden’s longest running contact center organizations. Our mission is to help companies create and improve invaluable customer dialogues via telemarketing and customer service alike.

Our London branch, 3C Online, has been operating for nearly seven years. We are currently looking for additional customer service agents to join our team!

The Role

We are expanding as a business here in the UK. Therefore, we are now looking an ambitious candidate to join our customer service team. This is a very exciting role as you will be working with our client who is a fast-growing business in Europe and in the US.

• Working hours are evenings, weekends and also nights. During one shift, there will approximately be 1-2 calls to pick up.
• Salary £42-66 per shift
• This role is perfect if have your own business or another similar job but would like some extra hours work.
• The job can be done 100% remotely.
• We will provide you with all the training you need to feel confident and provide the highest level of service possible.
• You need to be self-employed as you will be invoicing us.

As mentioned, there will be very little to do so you can work on other things in the background. However, it is very important that you are available immediately if a case comes in.

• The ideal candidate is someone that has a similar job during nighttime/weekends.
• We are looking for someone who is responsible and reliable and has great attention for detail.

Your responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Be alert and ready when a call comes in – this is super important
• Help customers with their enquiries
• Meet agreed productivity targets

Requirements

• Self-employed
• Responsible and reliable
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required

Salary: Up to £66.00 per day
