Please Note: While C-4 Analytics is currently operating in a hybrid capacity, this role may eventually be expected to to our Wakefield, MA offices on a daily basis.

The Sales Liaison is responsible for the administration of general sales operations to support the sales team in effectively prospecting and closing business. This includes full-cycle sales support and contract administration support. The Sales liaison is required to perform additional duties as specified by the Sales Support Operations Manager to support the work of the sales team.

A day in the life of a Sales Liaison (Proposal Specialist) : Wakefield, MA

• Contract Support (PRIMARY FUNCTION)
  • Prepares and maintains contract documents according to policies. Including but not limited to entity search, brand-specific contract requirements, and DocuSign monitoring.
  • Ensures all sales process requirements have been met prior to delivering the agreement.
  • Verifies that all required and associated information in contract documents is confirmed and correct.
  • Maintains complete, accurate, and up-to-date contract records, files, and s including, but not limited to, Contract Status and Expired Contracts.
  • Provides guidance and advice relating to Contracts to other employees.
• General Sales Operations Team Functions
  • Provides feedback and ideas for process improvement within the scope of their work. Creates and maintains detailed work instructions.
  • Provides top-notch customer service to the internal team in a constructive manner. Builds productive working relationships.
  • Leads and/or participates in specific team projects, as directed.
  • Masters familiarity with the information systems utilized within the department (including but limited to Salesforce.com, Salesloft, DocuSign, and Monday.com).
  • Support additional ad hoc operational activities as needed.
• Sales Process Support
  • Fulfilling administration requests from the sales team, including, but not limited to: pricing slides, presentation requests, proposal requests, reference requests, and prospect SWAG requests.
  • Attends pipeline Commit Call to learn about opportunities in support of future contract requests.
  • Monitoring Salesforce.com for data integrity, and sales process compliance.
  • Provide back office support for Trade show lead processing.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
• At least 3+ years in a Sales Admin / Coordinator/support position where drafting contracts, work order requests, or any other type of document that would be necessary in order to provide goods/services was a main work function.
• At least one year of Salesforce.com experience
• Ability to communicate and collaborate as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• In-House Marketing experience is a plus, but not required
• Digital Marketing experience is a plus
• Some travel required
• Must be able to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Must display a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional maturity
• Some travel required
