Byrncliff Golf Resort & Banquets is looking for people with administrative & guest service background, a keen attention detail and a drive to exceed guest expectations! The ideal candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

This position is a Front Office Administrator and is responsible for:

Greeting Guests, Checking in Guests for overnight resort stays, taking advance reservations for overnight stays, answering the main switchboard, and taking initial sales/event inquiries.

This position is also a front desk/guest services position and is also responsible for making dining reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a courteous way to all guests in person or otherwise at all times.

In addition to the typical front desk duties, the realm of responsibilities for the job will extend beyond that to include administrative support to other departments. This allows the Guest Service Agent to expand their skill sets and work in a fast paced environment with new challenges daily. A thorough knowledge of what Byrncliff has to offer and an outgoing, friendly personality is required.

Duties will include:

• Checking-in and checking-out guests
• Making and modifying hotel reservations in our Property Management System
• Operating the switchboard and other office equipment
• Computer processing/data entry
• General concierge duties
• Assisting all guests via phone, email or in person
• Administrative and customer service support in other departments such as the Golf and Ski shop

• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Ability to organize and prioritize work.

• Office and/or hospitality experience required
• Good penmanship
• Solid Math Skills (adding, subtracting, totaling)
