ByNature Hiring for Warehouse Assistant at Toronto, ON Full Time

Position: Warehouse assistant

Start date: When we find the right candidate.

Where: ByNatureDesign, 20 Ashwarren Road, North York.

Hours: 8.30am – 4.30pm. 40hr/week minimum.

ByNature brings natural green walls to the indoor space and is currently recruiting in its production studio. Work consists of the following tasks;

– Shipping/receiving.

– Order preparations.

– Inventory management.

– Planning/schedule management for the manufacturing team.

– Assist the warehouse manager to keep all operations tidy and organized.

– Assist the lead installer with some installations.

– And occasionally assist the production team with some manufacturing. Our preserved moss and plant panels are manufactured by hand.

Must be able to work with your hands, carry boxes, climb ladders, have an eye for detail, be efficient, independent, organized with a good common sense, follow best standards of safety and be able to improvise and adapt to last minute requests.

Experience in some kind of warehousing/inventory management/shipping job will be an asset. Please note that you will be also working with a team of 10+ other people – you will need to be respectful, professional, hard working and someone who likes to work in a collaborative team environment.

The position will commence immediately at 40hrs per week – Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. Our office and workshop is located at 20 Ashwarren road, North York. Staff events, training and tools will be provided. Must be a Canadian Citizen / Permanent Resident with a valid work permit. Must be currently located in the GTA and available to work immediately.
