Roles & Responsibilities

• Arrange details for business and leisure customers
• Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
• Research fare and schedule information
• Book reservations for accommodations, transfers, and activities
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Initiative. Ability to succeed with limited supervision
• Excellent commitment to customer service
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must be able to effectively communicate with clients
• Must have a smartphone with internet access, however laptop or desktop recommended
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Hospitality a plus
