Buzzclan Hiring for Computer Operator at Raleigh, NC Full Time

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
•Operate a z/OS SYSPLEX environment with multiple LPARs.
•Operate computer consoles to ensure data files are entered as required by production schedules.
•Initialize and halt systems without data loss.
•Control the SYSPLEX environment and peripherals.
•Notify users and other appropriate personnel of problems and consequent status; maintain job run and incident logs and record of s run.
•Monitor and maintain the CA ESP job scheduler.
* Lifting (30lbs) and some bending required.
•Be able to cover alternate shift hours as needed.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Raleigh, NC 27601: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
