Buzzacott Hiring for Management Accountant Job at London, England Full Time

Sitting within our internal Finance team this role will play a significant part in supporting the firm on a day to day basis. Our Finance team are relied upon to provide timely and accurate financial statistics, reports and accounts.

In this role you will provide a wide range of accounting support to the Finance Director and to the firm.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Prepare monthly management accounts including monthly statistics for presentation to the Finance Director, including accruals, prepayments, and a wide range of month-end journals.
• Design and prepare ad hoc reports and extract information from the firm’s financial systems.
• In conjunction with the Finance Director, assist teams with the understanding of management figures including the design and delivery of team specific reports.
• Process quarterly VAT return for Buzzacott LLP Vat group which includes its subsidiaries using NAV (the accounting software) and consolidation schedules for review by the Finance Director and to arrange payment of any outstanding liability.

You are the right person for the role if you:

• Are ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, or equivalent
• Have a Degree, or equivalent
• Have sound and demonstrable experience of partnership accounting and tax
• Have experience of liaising with senior management
