Buzzacott Hiring for Early Careers Talent Coordinator Job at London, England Full Time

As an Early Careers Talent Coordinator you will manage all early careers recruitment for our multiple trainee intakes, apprentice, and entry-level roles, taking ownership of candidates throughout the recruitment experience.

in this role, you will create and deploy all aspects of early careers recruitment strategy, ensuring a smooth and consistent candidate experience throughout the advertising, application, assessment, interview and offer process.

You will also liaise closely with third-party organisations to identify optimal advertising methods and promote our early careers opportunities, including attending career fairs and external promotional events.

Early careers are a key focus of our internal HR team, who are a key division of the wider Professional Support team. The team support the entire employee life cycle including talent acquisition, on-boarding, talent development, retention and separation across the firm.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Working with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, adverts, interview questions and relevant technical assessments.
• Responsibility for full cycle recruitment, including screening applications to ensure they meet the minimum entry criteria and managing candidate applications through the applicant tracking system (ATS), monitoring daily.
• Administering online assessments to candidates, scheduling interviews and room bookings and administering remote and onsite testing for candidates at interview stage.
• Attending interviews for roles you are acting as recruitment lead on, where applicable.
• Responding to work experience and internship requests and organising placements.
• Promoting trainee opportunities at career fairs, recruitment and networking events as appropriate.
• Liaising with relevant third-party organisations, agencies and training providers, building key relationships and a preferred supplier list and proactively seeking ways to further promote our entry level opportunities.
• Working collaboratively with the wider HR team, including the L&D Coordinator, L&D Assistant and the Talent Acquisition Assistant.

You are the right person for the role if you have:

• Experience within early years recruitment.
• The ability to communicate and build relationships effectively with people at all levels with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to multi-task and flex to the needs of the business.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage own workload.
• Confidence and are keen to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
