Buyers Edge Platform (“BEP”) was born out of the 20-year growth and success of its founding companies Dining Alliance, Buyers Edge and Consolidated Concepts.
BEP is a technology enabled group purchasing network, which provides group purchasing services, SaaS based technology solutions, and supply chain consulting and procurement related services to foodservice operators across many verticals, including restaurants (independents as well as multiunit, chains and franchise concepts), hospitality (hotels, casinos, resorts), healthcare (LTC based operators), colleges & universities and array of other foodservice based operators (food trucks, caterers, amusement parks and other leisure based operators).

This position will be hybrid based out of either our Waltham, MA or Lake Worth, FL office : Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Periodic travel 3-4x / year travel to another office location may be required. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking to hire a motivated People Project Manager is responsible for providing project management, strategic support and process improvement in matters related to People Operations.
You will partner with key People subject matter experts to deliver solutions in areas such as data / analytics, transformation initiatives, Talent Acquisition, People Business Partner support, benefits, compensation, compliance, employee relations, change management, training, organizational design, job mapping and employee data management.
The position will meet evolving business needs through automation, increased efficiencies, and change management or other types of process improvement.
Your role will be to create and manage project plans to ensure project deliverables and completion dates are met. You will drive execution and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
Your impact :
Collaboration : Establish, cultivate and maintain strong working relationships within the People team and ensure a clear understanding of operational objectives relative to projects.
Develop and retain key relationships with all parties involved on assigned projects.
Project Planning : Define goals and project objectives, success metrics and requirements. Manage priorities, coordinate with stakeholders, document decisions, manage resourcing needs, collaborate on funding needs, and ensure effective functioning of projects.
Determine milestones, deliverables, and project dependencies. Develop detailed timelines and schedules, direct the activity and support implementation.
Develop and maintain project and support documentation.
Perform workflow analysis to determine best process solutions for People processes, identifying non-value added steps and proposing new process improvements.
Develop and run analyses.
Project Leadership : Ensures People Team projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Tracks, monitors and s on People program and project progress to ensure successful execution.
Provide strategic direction on People matters associated with assigned projects. Facilitate project meetings.
