Location: 140 Amber St., Unit 10, Markham

Position Description: 2 full time/ part time/ customer service associate

Summary:

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture and the brand
• Product inventory and development.
• Maintains a calm performance during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep kitchen operating to standard.
• Develops positive relationships with the team.
• Follows the standard operational procedures, including food handling, safety and security.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Prepare daily orders, ensures the store is stocked with appropriate levels of products and all online or in store pre-orders/ same day orders are being picked up or taken care of properly.

• Manage daily online orders as well as in store orders, ensure all customers requests are met
• Manage customer inquiries including email, phone and in store requests
• The position will sent 50% of the time in retail and 50% in the office

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
