Your New Role as HR and Payroll Manager:
Provide HR support to the company on basic employee issues.
Processing of starters and leavers ensuring all HR and databases are kept up to date.
Ensuring new starter information and right to work checks are completed in a timely manner.
Maintain all necessary records for statutory purposes & regular audit.
Source, develop and implement employee benefits.
Completing performance management and 121’s for employees.
Keep up to date with new legislation changes.
Respond to employee queries quickly and effectively.
Ensure payrolls are processed accurately both weekly and monthly for in excess of 500 employees.
HMRC RTI Submissions & Pensions submissions.
Annual P11D & P60’s any other adhoc reporting
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
HR experience and qualifications (MCIPD/CIPD).
Payroll experience.
Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
Salary and Reward on Offer:
Salary £35,000 – £45,000 per annum based on experience.
