Butler rose are excited to be collaborating with a wonderful school on the boarders of Reading, easily commutable form Calcot, Tilehurst or Central Reading.

Joining the busy administrative team, you’ll be stepping in to support in the running of the schools administrative function:

Finance tasks will include:

• Process purchase orders and inbound bills in line with school policy
• Support the finance team in liaising with external agencies

HR tasks will include:

• Ensure school databases are maintained to the highest standard
• Monitor and upkeep onsite building works and associated security
• Ensuring HR Policy is adhered to

About you:
Ideally you’ll have some experience working in an administrative function at an independent of public school with a base knowledge of finance or HR administration.

To be considered for this role you will be a committed individual who understands that their work contributes to the success of the wider organisation, and as such completes their work to the highest standard. Additionally, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Are working or have previously worked in a school public or private education establishment
• Be an excellent communicator, adapting your approach dependant on your audience
• Good IT skills with intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
