About Us:
Butcher Engineering is a Tier One Automotive facility that is a key supplier to GM Cami.
Openings on Afternoon Shift 3:00pm- 11:00pm with a .70 cent shift premium for the off-shift.
Responsibilities:
- Take part in the complete assembly of front-end power train modules (engine, transmissions, rads, strut knuckles, etc) for the Chevy Equinox.
- Assemble fabricated parts in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met to satisfy customer requirements.
- Operate hand tools, pneumatic power tools and lift assists.
- High volume and fast paced environment.
- Just-in-Time (JIT) facility.
Successful applicants must have the following skills and abilities:
- Grade 12 diploma, equivalency or work-related experience
- Experience in an assembly/manufacturing/production environment an asset
- Mechanically inclined with excellent eye-hand coordination
- Conscientious with attention to detail
Contract length: 4 months
Expected start date: 2022-01-03
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $17.54 per hour

- Monday to Friday
