Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Based: Hybrid working, our National Support Centre is based in Staffordshire, but location can be flexible

Your Mission

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead and drive our recruitment team at Busy Bees. You will deliver innovative talent acquisition strategies to build our pipeline of talent and attract the absolute best candidates within the industry. You will work with our wider people team and our senior operations teams to elevate the Busy Bees employer brand to be the leading early years employer in the UK.

About You
You will have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager in a complex multi-site organisation with high volume recruitment needs, working at a strategic level and delivering an effective employer brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Head up the Recruitment team at Busy Bees and Lead, inspire them.
• Create and deliver innovative talent acquisition strategies to build our talent attraction capability
• Develop the Busy Bees employee value proposition to tell the story of our brand and put our employee proposition on the map
• Creating and regularly reviewing an annual attraction strategy
• Deliver an amazing industry leading candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
• Keep a close eye on the TA market and trends to keep us front of foot
• Integrate a suitable and cost effective ATS system
• Attend events and seminars and act as an ambassador for Busy Bees and the early years industry
• Provide commercially sound advice and solutions across talent acquisition
• Monitor and review attraction, selection, and assessment methods, exploring innovative and best-in-class approaches and ensuring relevant people are trained
• Preparing and presenting to the business relevant recruitment data

Key Skills and Experience

• An extensive track record of developing effective talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
• To be able to identify advanced attraction strategies to meet requirements

• Proven experience in a complex multi-site organisation
• Proven experience in implementing an effective employer brand strategy
• Strong written/verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals both internal and external to the organization
• Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, lead by influence, coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization’s priorities
