The Opportunity

Busy Bees Australia is seeking an experienced Graduate Recruitment Officer to join our growing team in 2021. Our business is expanding and we are on the hunt for our next recruitment superstar. We welcome applications from career minded individuals who have graduated from HR or have experience in a recruitment role, seeking the next step in building your career. A day in the life of the Graduate Recruitment Officer;

• Sourcing candidates across the organisation – national focus across a portfolio of up to 35 centres
• Interview applicants for roles across the country
• Referemce cjecls
• Developing position descriptions/ advertising roles/ drafting contracts/ processing documents
• Upload new hires and process payroll information
• Specific focus on trainee/apprentice recruitment and administration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tafes, RTOs and Universities
• Award interpretation of Children Services Award and Educational Services (Teachers) Award
• Assist Busy Bees with careers days, assessment centres and group interviews
• Assisting with various HR Projects as they arise eg. Business review process/ System implementation/Learning & Development
• General Recruitment Administration

About you

• Minimum 1 years experience in a Recruitment role or Graduate from HR Degree
• Experience with the end to end recruitment process
• Previous internal / external recruitment experience with a proven track record in sourcing talent for both white- & blue-collar roles at all levels.
• Proven track record in creatively building talent pipelines
• Organisational / time management skills to be successful in a high volume, fast paced recruitment environment
• Strong communication / interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to audience and situation
• Experience with Trainees or apprentices will be highly regarded
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• The ability to work autonomously and the confident decision maker
