Therefore, we are seeking a passionate, dedicated and caring Early Childhood Teacher to join our team of professionals at our service Busy Bees at Cameron Grove.

We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher who can provide strong leadership in the development and implementation of contemporary Early Childhood Education Programs with strong pedagogical leadership that reflects the Principles and Practices of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Your Opportunity;

• Prepare, deliver and lead a developmentally appropriate learning program that contributes to each child’s interest and emotional, social wellbeing.
• Build and engage in professional and respectful communication with families, children and educators
• Record observations, either individually or in groups and chare information to families using our StoryPark platform.
• Maintain records for the purpose of program planning and developmental assessments of the children’s learning.
• Mentor and guide educators & Lead Educators
• Maintain & and manage the resources for the room
• Be confident and articulate in early childhood pedagogy and practice
• Be committed to continuous professional development and apply learning to the program
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build committed and nurturing relationships with children and families
• Prioritising the best interests of children first and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children
• Providing a fun, safe and stimulating learning environment

Tell us more about your experience in line with the following:

• Previous experience as ECT or similar role
• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA;
• Current Working with Children Card or ability to get one;
• Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standard
• Excellent personal presentation
• Ability to demonstrate a competent level of English, both written and spoken
• Flexibility with shifts
• You must have the right to live and work in this location to apply for this job;
