The company is growing rapidly, and we are looking to add qualified individuals to our dynamic team. We are currently looking to find the right candidate to join our Customer Service Representative team.

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

·Be the first smile our clients see or feel when they walk in or phone
· Understand customer needs and match them to our services
· Inspect and Process incoming garments for dry cleaning with care and respect
· Provide completed orders to customers at pick-up, including a collection of payments.

· Follow up with customers via phone or email as required
· Will work closely in a team that wants to thrive together

For this position you should have some of the following skills:

· Ability to multitask.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Team player – you enjoy working with a team and have great interpersonal skills.

· Organized – you’re comfortable working in a high-speed, dynamic environment.

· Customer-oriented – you understand that the customer is always first and ready to put it into practice.

· Fast-learner – you are patient, willing to ask for help, and take the initiative to learn on your own.

· Past customer experience in a retail setting is an asset.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS system.
