The Company

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a world class sales team selling our extraordinary products to designers and retail partners working on the most exclusive projects. The focus of this role will be on prospecting to grow our B2B Retail partners, KBB studios, architectural and interior designer network within France. This also involves supporting our current French customers to ensure our high expectations are met. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to pick up the phone and relentlessly prospect but who can also adapt quickly as the organisation grows. This is NOT a ‘hard sell’ role, this is about spreading awareness of who and what we stand for and then supporting a prospect’s interest in us to convert them to a long-term customer.
For the right candidate, this role will provide scope for personal and professional development in the Sales department where you will continue to develop your skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a strategy plan to expand our market share
· Responsible for researching, targeting and closing customers for repeat business
· Working alongside and supporting our current customers
· Develop ongoing relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting designers, developers, and re-sale partners within the region
· Manage and negotiating orders, following up on estimates and ongoing opportunities
· Close and deliver sales opportunities in line with the given target for the region
· An understanding of competitive market conditions in the territory and in the Country overall
· Quote projects for customers and/or coordinate quotes with the sales support team
· Build new relationships with key contacts in the region, with a focus on growing our retail partners and architectural and design market share
· Nurturing existing relationships by updating on improved features and benefits of our products and services

Experience
· A minimum of 2 years working in B2B sales
· Experience within the architectural and design industry is preferred
· An understanding of the architectural and design industry is preferred

· Brand awareness and premium product understanding
· Use of NetSuite CRM or similar application would be an advantage
Education and Qualifications
Degree preferred but not essential.
