Great communication skills, a flexible personality and strong math aptitude could qualify. College degree NOT required here.

Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator/ Bookkeeper’s Assistant

· Assist with data entry and balancing

· Learn to process A/P for Corporate expenses

· Maintain filing system

· Assist with varied administrative and accounting related projects.

Desired Qualifications for the Office Coordinator/ Bookkeeper’s Assistant

· Accurate keyboarding for data entry projects

· Flexible personality

· Excellent math aptitude

· Great communication skills

· An interest in accounting and some related bookkeeping experience

Compensation for the Accounting Assistant is to $47,800.00
