Administrative Coordinator

Assist the VP of Operations with a variety of interesting, detail -oriented responsibilities including employee on-boarding, bookkeeping projects and even some client service. Your solid administrative foundation, accounting exposure, excellent attention to detail and ability to multi- task are keys to success here. No degree required.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator:

· Track documentation for various projects

· Assist with data entry of accounting information

· Manage confidential HR paperwork

· Answer incoming calls and determine who best to assist the caller

· Be trained to code invoices to the correct project for payment

Desired qualifications of the Administrative Coordinator:

• Related, stable administrative and some bookkeeping experience
• Great communication skills
• The ability to learn and retain information
• High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Solid grasp of MS Office

Salary for the Administrative Coordinator: position to $70,000 / annual DOE
