Apply your reconciliation skills to track, and allocate expense reporting, interface with vendors, enter approved invoices and cut checks. Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist/Accounts Payable

· Review and process full cycle Accounts Payables for multiple entities

· Code payment to the chart of accounts balance

· Schedule and print check or prepare wire transfer for payment.

· Assist with planning A/P; to take advantage of discounts

Desired Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist/Accounts Payable

· Good research and audit ability

· Interested in technology, likes to learn new systems

· Full cycle, high volume A/P experience or equivalent accounting education

· Accurate data entry skills

· Excellent communication skills

Compensation for the Accounting Specialist/Accounts Payable

To $65,000 annual salary DOE
