Assist the CFO with a variety of accounting projects, with concentration on full cycle A/P. This low turnover firm offers excellent benefits, a modern, beautiful office, current technology, work-life balance, and an employee-oriented culture

Primary responsibilities for the Accounting Assistant – A/P lead

· Prepare invoice vouchers and provide CFO with all invoice copies for both LLCs, and shareholder activity

· Research problem invoices and respond to vendor inquiries, 1099 maintenance and annual reporting

· Process weekly check runs and produce occasional manual checks

· Manage reconciliation and payment on corporate Visa accounts activity

Desired Qualifications for the successful Accounting Assistant -A/P Lead

· Solid foundation in full cycle A/P

· Strong skills in account reconciliation and Excel skills

· The ability to management their time and prioritize projects effectively

· A desire to be part of a close knit, smooth working team

Compensation for the Accounting Assistant is to $65,000 DOE. In addition to a generous, 100% employer paid medical/ dental/ vision benefits plan, a matched 401k, and liberal PTO, this firm offers excellent potential to grow as you assist the CFO with special projects.
