Business & Marketing Assistant – Construction / Property Industry

Location: Birmingham / Sutton Coldfield (Flexible)

Part-Time / Freelance Opportunity

£1,000 per month initially + commission + long-term growth potential

I’m currently launching a new construction and design company and I’m looking for the right person to help me grow it from the ground up.

This is not your typical office job. I’m looking for someone switched on, proactive, organised, creative, and hungry to grow with the business long term.

The role will initially be flexible/part-time (around 2–3 days per week or flexible hours across the week) with huge potential to grow as the business expands.

What I need help with:

• Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.)

• Posting and organising content

• Speaking to leads and following up enquiries

• General PA/admin support

• Helping organise the business day to day

• Assisting with marketing ideas and business growth

• Helping build the brand online

• Possibly attending occasional site visits/content days

About me:

I already work full-time within the construction industry managing high-value building projects and I’m now building my own company focused on extensions, renovations and design & build projects across the Midlands.

I have real experience, active projects, site videos, client knowledge and industry contacts — now I need the right person to help me push the business properly online and help organise the growth.

Ideal person:

• Based near Birmingham/Sutton Coldfield

• Confident speaking to people

• Good energy and personality

• Organised and reliable

• Comfortable using social media

• Interested in property/construction/business

• Able to think outside the box

• Self-motivated

• Experience is useful but attitude is more important
