Our Blacksoil Service is under new Management. We are looking for quality Lead Educators and Educators to become part of our team. Our Blacksoil Service is beautifully situated on a large acreage property just outside of the Ipswich suburbs.

Our centre philosophy is founded on the knowledge that successful early childhood development comes from well-rounded engagement in social, emotional, cognitive, physical and aesthetic experiences. At our Bush Kidz Child Care Services, located in Blacksoil and Brassall, we encourage every child to learn through play by providing facilities and resources that light up their imaginations and make learning fun and engaging.

We are seeking educators who align their teaching philosophies and aspirations with our centre goals and philosophy. Here at Bush Kidz Child Care Services we are seeking passionate, hard-working educators to become apart of our wonderful team and lead the way in providing high-quality care.

Due to increasing occupancy within our services we have varying positions available which include:

. Lead Educators – part-time permanent

. Educators – casual leading to part-time permanent

Shifts vary from Monday to Friday 6am to 6pm and may include split shifts.

Essential Criteria

– We are seeking Educators who are dedicated and passionate about children and their work

– Are motivated to provide an inclusive and supportive environment for children

– Be an intentional teacher of children by acknowledging the value of learning and holistic development of each child as an individual

– Demonstrate effective time management and initiative in a fast-paced environment

– Candidate must have thorough knowledge and experience of working within the Early Years framework and National Quality Standards

– Educators must have commenced study either towards their Certificate III and or Diploma, and be willing to commit to study requirements

– Must be able to work Monday to Friday and within the service operating hours of 6am to 6pm

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
