The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for complex engineering projects involving the development of manufacturing methods and processes to efficiently and effectively produce a variety of company product lines. He or she will investigate, establish, and implement requirements for equipment, tooling, materials, and methods of manufacturing including make of buy decisions and facility lay out as required for new or revised product, from pilot runs through normal production. The Manufacturing Engineer will work with shop supervisors and other engineering functions, and investigate and recommend alternatives to product designs.
