As a Customer Service/Call Center Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our success by providing outstanding service to our valued customers. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, answering questions, assisting with orders, and addressing related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, email inquiries, and live chat assistance
- Troubleshoot and research customer order problems
- Perform accurate data entry of phone, mail, and Burpee.com orders
- Process order returns and replacements
- Assist with filing and participate in various special projects as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service department, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with solid organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and web browsing
- Gardening experience is a plus (though not a requirement)
