As a Customer Service/Call Center Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our success by providing outstanding service to our valued customers. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, answering questions, assisting with orders, and addressing related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers through phone calls, email inquiries, and live chat assistance
• Troubleshoot and research customer order problems
• Perform accurate data entry of phone, mail, and Burpee.com orders
• Process order returns and replacements
• Assist with filing and participate in various special projects as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center, customer service department, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with solid organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and web browsing
• Gardening experience is a plus (though not a requirement)
