BuroHappold Engineering Hiring for Part Time Receptionist at Toronto, ON Full Time

BuroHappold Engineering is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, front counter receptionist to join their team. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task will allow you to excel in this role.

You will be required to:

  • Answer phone and route calls accordingly
  • Warmly greet guests and direct them appropriately
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
  • Deliver faxes and mail
  • Provide other administrative support as required

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven proficiency with various software programs – MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and ensure quality and quantity of work meets expectations
  • Great work ethic

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: $42,000.00-$69,000.00 per year
