Internal Talent Partner – London

Our People team is growing and we’re looking for Internal Talent Partners to help to accelerate & drive the growth of our teams across both our London & Manchester offices.

Our plans for the next 18 months? Growth. We’re looking to double our headcount by the end of 2023 and as a Talent Partner (Internal Recruiter), you’ll support our Head of People to deliver against our hiring goals and employer brand growth plans. Our goal is to be the workplace of choice for curious and ambitious individuals.

You’ll earn commission on the placements you make and see your success first hand as the company grows in size and new starters excel in their roles.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the Head of People to meet growth objectives.
• Conducting first stage interviews in person and on video calls.
• Providing an excellent candidate experience and managing people through the recruitment process in a way that’s efficient, friendly, trusting and respectful.
• Working with key stakeholders across the business to understand their recruitment requirements.
• Utilising all recruiting tools and channels to build out your network, ensuring the business has easy access to a diverse and outstanding talent pool.
• Managing Rec2Rec relationships when we require their support.
• Using data & reporting to drive process improvements.
• Working with our marketing team to showcase our internal culture on social media, through our job specs and on our website careers page.
• Driving and championing learning and development initiatives, celebrating our big and small wins and proactively looking for ways of making sure our people feel engaged, happy and taken care of.

Who you are:

• Full of confidence, character and approachable in nature.
• You have some previous experience in a sales or customer-facing position.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and confidence on the phone and on video calls.
• Able to work under pressure, multitask and manage a range of administrative processes whilst maintaining an eye for detail.
• Comfortable with challenging the status quo and willing to contribute creative ideas for how to achieve targets and improve processes.
• Resilient and persevering with a positive “can do” attitude.
• Possess a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire and understand individual motivators.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Not afraid to get stuck in – we’re a small business and no day is the same – we all pitch in on different projects and tasks as and when needed!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
