This position is responsible for assisting the Education & Training team with a variety of tasks and projects related to the implementation and coordination of education and training programs for the company. Specific responsibilities include the following, with other duties to be assigned by management:
Learning Management System administration assistance including:
Review training support requests and respond or escalate (e.g., transcript issues, finding and/or launching training, use of Cornerstone learning, etc.).
Add events, sessions, materials, curriculums, learning assignments, etc. as needed.
Approve training certificates in Cornerstone for specific courses (e.g., CAN training requirement completed in external system).
Run a monthly report for Content Anytime courses, add availability for the newly released courses and remove availability for inactive courses.
Run a monthly report for all GP’s and RO’s for compliance which Training Manager will send.
Move “No Show” or expired training from employee’s active transcript to their archived section. Note: Consider automation/run report and move no-shows monthly.
Upon request, generate training related reports and format the reports in a way that makes them useful tools.
Assist HR team members with HR training classes including:
Sit in on HR training Teams meetings to monitor the Q&A
Add the attendance to Cornerstone if not using another method such as QR codes or self-reporting form.
Assist with the Strengths at Work program, including:
Process ad hoc requests following defined process.
Monitor teams and update weekly (pull strengths from Gallup to add to session spreadsheets and MIS.
Misc. other processes including:
Review requests for RedVector license, assign license via RedVector site, send email (using template) to employee.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, education, training, administration, or related field.
This position requires:
Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs beyond those stated to provide exceptional service.
Ability to prioritize tasks and reprioritize as needed.
Proficiency in the use of basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel is required.
Proficiency in the use of Cornerstone Learning Management
Exceptional attention to detail.
Process improvement skills.
Proven organizational and time management skills.
