Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner role will be making a difference through the acquisition of top talent. This is accomplished by providing the highest quality experience for both internal and external members. The Talent Acquisition Partner position is responsible for actively researching talent needs that reflect the strategic plan of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings, social media and other means to effectively target candidates
• Screen, interview and assess prospective candidates, including verifying references, completing background screens and drug tests
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations to assess prospective candidates.
• Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for onboarding new team members
• Continually evaluate applicant tracking system and process for any needed changes to align with technological advances and/or employment law changes
• Provide management on open requisitions, recruitment pipeline and related metrics
• Process map all related steps, and drive continuous improvement activities
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends for recruiting. This can include attending educational seminars, networking and industry events in order to gather knowledge and skills.
• Responsible for completing recruitment tasks in a timely manner
• Provide excellent team member service expectations for both prospective team members and internal partners
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor?s Degree or relevant work experience
• Three to five years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, headhunting
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to operate related computer software and business equipment
• Human Resource certification preferred (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP)
