Property Management Company is seeking a Ful time Building Cleaner in Burnaby to join their team. We are looking for someone who has an outgoing personality and a strong desire to work hard while joining a positive work environment.

You will be working Saturday-Sunday 9-5pm

Responsibilities and duties are as follows:

• Garbage and cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, windows and dusting) of the common areas (lobbies, elevators, laundry rooms exercise room, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate should have:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Be self-motivated
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Take pride in the job well done
• Previous cleaning experience
• Demonstrated ability to read and communicate in English
• Excellent customer service
