This role will help recruit and build a comprehensive talent sourcing strategy for our Merchant and Executive Recruitment teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sr. Recruiter to understand the talent needs of the business and develop an effective search strategy to build candidate pipelines for our Merchant and Executive organization.
• Responsible for the development of and execution of search techniques to generate a pool of quality candidates for open and/or projected positions.
• Build relationships with potential candidates while influencing them to see Burlington as the “Employer of Choice” by representing the “Our Burlington” brand and values at all times.
• Qualify and screen candidates for basic skill set and competencies through phone screens.
• Maintain a detailed, up-to-date portfolio of candidates – active and passive.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (Boolean search, Chrome extensions, X-Ray, geographic targeting, etc.) and use direct methods to engage with that talent; including personal emails/texting, cold calling, referrals and internal networks.
• Participate in intake meetings with the hiring team to develop and refine the proper profile for targeting candidates.
• Use available tools (iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Executive Search Software, etc.) to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities.

Candidates should have at bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3+ years of demonstrated success and research experience from an agency, RPO or other high volume recruitment environment. Candidates should also have professional experience in sourcing to include Internet, research and cold-calling, as well as experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. iCIMS, Taleo, Kenexa, BrassRing).
