Join Burlington’s growing Talent Acquisition team as a TA Recruiting Coordinator ! Reporting into the VP of Talent Acquisition, the TA Recruiting Coordinator will manage activities within the department such as candidate scheduling, VP’s calendar, running reports and metrics, processing, and auditing vendor invoices, and coordinating departmental meetings and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Positively demonstrate the company’s Core Values by developing trust and respect among peers and management, working collaboratively across various teams
• Manage VP of TA’s calendar and schedule including any meeting preparation
• Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual and in-person corporate, buying and field candidate interviews
• Coordinate and manage corporate and field candidate travel
• Audit, process and submit TA invoices in a timely manner
• Manage team’s PTO requests and process weekly timesheets for corporate Talent Acquisition team
• Assist with early career/university large-scale interview days
• Assist in the coordination of the corporate new hire orientation process
• Manage and proctor assessments for director-level leadership candidates
• Create and edit presentations, project plans, reports, and analytical data
• Provide daily administrative support as needed

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 – 5 years of experience supporting multiple managers or business units
• Retail industry experience preferred in talent acquisition or human resources
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Office Management, or Business Management
• High level of integrity and the demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
• Must have superior communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop rapport and respect with candidates and hiring managers
• Exceptional time management, prioritization, organizational, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines and targets
• Strong problem solving skills; must be proactive and take initiative and have the ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal/people skills; ability to establish and build partnerships with all levels of management and business partners
