Kingdom Restaurants LLC is a Franchise of Burger King. We have restaurants in South Carolina. We are currently in search for District Manager

Position Overview

You will oversee the people, processes and operations of up to 8 Burger King restaurants in in the Charleston and Orangeburg SC areas. Lead District by meeting and maintaining consistent goals surrounding Customer Service, Employee Relations, Bench Planning, Financial Responsibility, Food Safety & Sanitation and continuous Training.

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for overall Profit and Loss for District
• Hire, train, coach, support, and develop Restaurant Managers
• Implementation of operational strategies to improve productivity, sales growth, and customer satisfaction
• Drive excellence in day-to-day operations of all company owned restaurants in the District
• Absolutely uncompromising execution of the highest standards of OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy
• Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program
• Meet targeted business metrics each restaurant in the District; utilize available s to identify opportunities; encourage a top-line orientation through operational focus; ensure that correct operational procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years multi-unit restaurant/food service operational management experience, including extensive Profit & Loss responsibility
• College or University Degree Preferred
• Must be located in Charleston, SC area
• Ability to travel throughout assigned District
• Ability to provide results through motivational leadership of Restaurant Managers
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of Restaurant Managers
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
