About the role

You will:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey.
• Provide proactive advice and guidance to line managers.
• Effectively source and match candidates to positions.
• Utilise various sourcing tools – Colleges, platforms; LinkedIn, Job Boards etc.
• Develop a talent pool of candidates.
• Work closely with Line Managers during the recruitment process to ensure the right candidate is recruited.
• Represent the Brand at appropriate internal and external events.
• Be a brand ambassador to effectively recruit high calibre candidates.

About you

You will have:

• Previous recruitment experience – Experience recruiting roles in Buying, Merchandising and Product Development are desirable
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritise a heavy workload to meet the needs of the business.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence to deal with people at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be a flexible team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Adaptable- used to working in a busy team environment.
• Genuine interest and love for fashion
