JOB PURPOSE

A fantastic opportunity to join the Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition team based in Leeds.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will work on building great partnerships with the Corporate functions and delivering the best talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey
• Provide proactive advice and guidance to line managers
• Effectively source and match candidates to positions
• Utilisation of sourcing tools – Colleges, platforms; LinkedIn, Job Boards etc.
• Develop a talent pool of candidates
• Work closely with Line Managers during the recruitment process to ensure the right candidate is recruited
• Represent the Brand at appropriate internal and external events
• Be a brand ambassador to effectively recruit high calibre candidates

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Experience recruiting roles in Corporate Functions, Retail and Commercial would be beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident to deal with people at all levels
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritise a heavy workload to meet the needs of the business
• Ability to work with set KPI’s
• Excellent organisational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must be a flexible team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Adaptable- used to working in a busy team environment
