Burberry Hiring for Product Development Administrator at London, England Full Time

JOB PURPOSE
This position will support the Product Development teams with PO management and administration for their respective departments, including managing shipments and shipping documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative support to the PD team including supporting with booking and prepping for meetings, shipping & ad hoc seasonal activities. Work will be mainly office based with potential to WFH at quieter times in the season
- Liaising with vendors on shipments, tracking and monitoring deliveries to ensure they arrive on time
- PO management- raising purchase orders for showroom samples on SAP system, organising and recording all invoices and tracking through to completion and payment
- Sample /stock management
- Organising, filing and archiving samples, swatches and raw materials
- Supporting the PD Assistant with some PLM data entry as required.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with large volumes of data entry, ensuring complete detail and accuracy
- Speed in data entry
- Demonstrated ability to operate at pace with flexibility, initiative and solution orientated
- Good communication skills; able to liaise with external vendors and effectively share information with the internal teams in a clear, concise way
- Strong organisational skills
- Computer skills: Outlook, Excel and Indesign. Experience with PLM and SAP/Ariba P.O system preferable but not essential
