And… We’re hiring! We’re currently on the hunt for a new Finance officer to join our hard-working office team based in Altona. In this role you’ll look after general bookkeeping as well as provide plenty of support to our Operations team. Therefore, this is a great opportunity if you’re looking for more variety in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end AP and AR management
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Credit control and debt collection
• Processing payment runs
• Support the Accountant in meeting compliance requirements
• Invoice and accounts data entry
• Data integrity

About yourself:

• Proven experience as a Finance Officer
• MYOB experience
• Excellent data entry and account reconciliation skills
• Attention to detail and seeks out anomalies
• A ‘can do attitude’
• Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
• Team Player with a flexible attitude – willing to help fellow team members and to support overall company culture
• And above all, a fun personality, the ability to fit in with a small office team
