• Provide a seamless end-to-end recruitment process including job brief, writing, and posting job ads, screening, identifying candidates for talent pools, proactive sourcing, interviewing, creation of detailed candidate summaries, shortlisting, interviewing, assessing psychometric profiles, reference, and background checking, providing post interview feedback, and facilitating candidate and hiring manager feedback.
• Proactively manage and regularly liaise with pools of talent and search for new candidates using LinkedIn recruiter and SEEK Premium Talent Search.
• Partner and guide stakeholders, providing industry insights from initial intent to go to market, right through to offers and contracts.
• Managing candidates in Bupa’s ATS Workday (soon to be Avature), always ensuring candidates are updated in a timely manner.
• Partner closely with HR colleagues to keep abreast of team changes and provide data and insights.
• Participate in or identify and manage recruitment related projects that will ultimately improve the function, candidate, or customer experience.
• Volunteer to lead or partake in teamwide initiatives such as ‘Process & Systems Optimisation’, the Social Club, become an ATS Super User or lead Wellbeing activities.

• Significant and demonstrated experience in an internal /onsite recruitment role with a focus on hiring head office-based talent (ideally in IT, Digital, Data or general corporate functions such as Legal, Risk, Compliance, Strategy, and Internal Audit).
• Impeccable stakeholder management and candidate relationship skills.
• Sound understanding of the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for roles ranging from $60k to $350k.
• Demonstrated experience and superior ability to coach leaders in behavioural based interviewing.
• You can easily handle multiple assignments across a range of disciplines (you’ll work on 15-20 roles at a time) as well as build and maintain active talent pools.
• You naturally provide a high-quality customer and candidate experience, keeping both stakeholders and talent updated at every step.
• Proven ability with IT and systems so you can use multiple databases to support the recruitment process such as the ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Premium Talent Search.
• A proven commercial focus and ability to understand the impact of recruitment on the business.
