Loading Operator is job classification Bulk Flour/Whole Grain Loader and is assigned to 2nd shift and paid $24.50 per hour. Health and welfare benefits begin on date of hire.

Core Functions:

• Responsible for loading all bulk flour/whole grain including recording of car numbers, seal numbers and any other records connected with this operation.
• Responsible for loading the proper product from the proper bins into the correct rail car or truck.
• Responsible for operating and maintaining the equipment with respect to sanitation and quality control policies in order to maximum efficiency in production.
• Will be trained on System 81 and P&L leg system.
• Must be A Packer qualified.
• Responsible for keeping work areas clean.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers, customer, and leadership is required.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math for business-critical record keeping and compliance is required.
• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED, although preferred is not required.
• Need to have the capability to work in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with other colleagues.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime when needed.
• Performs work in a manner that is in compliance with all policies and GMP rules. s any conditions that may put product quality at risk.
• Performs work in a safety conscious manner that is in compliance with all policies and procedures.
• s any conditions that pose a safety risk to personnel and/or property.
