A typical day might include: *
Proactively building pipelines for multiple teams across many roles.
Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement to offer acceptance.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the role requirements and stay aligned on the progress
Maintaining contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
Developing and executing creative sourcing strategies to reach a diverse talent pool
Attending various university job fairs
Assisting with recruitment campaigns
Collaborating with recruitment agencies
Navigating a global internal interview team’s calendars and applicant availability to schedule a final panel interview
Supporting the transition from candidate to new employee throughout the onboarding process
Facilitating an efficient, agile recruitment process to meet deadlines while prioritizing candidate experience
Collecting feedback from hiring managers, interview panelists, and candidates to make decisions and to improve our recruitment process.

This role may be a fit for you if you have: *
1+ years general recruiting expertise
Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
You can think on your feet and work with a variety of stakeholders and personality types
You are organized, detail-oriented, responsive & flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
You have experience working with and managing calendars, preferably with G-Suite applications
Exceptional communication skills.
