If you want to join a dynamic group dedicated to cooperative values and member service, this is the right career move for you. You will be responsible for processing routine cash and non-cash related member transactions and responding to member requests via telephone, electronic and digital channels. You will build and manage relationships with our members and provide them with trusted financial advice. You will analyze member needs and assist members to utilize the product or service which best meets those needs by outlining benefits and alternatives and advising on the best match. You will recognize member opportunities and take appropriate actions to promote credit union products and services and refer to other staff where appropriate.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of a high school diploma, one to two years of post-secondary education in the business discipline would be preferred. An individual with a combination of education and/or experience, preferably with cash experience, will also be considered.. You should be adaptable, organized and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in an environment of ongoing change.
