The Opportunity:

We are on the quest for a Talent & Engagement Manager to expand our collaborative and close knit HR/P&C Team in a national capacity. This dynamic role will see you drive the strategic direction of recruitment, retention and engagement functions within the business, ensuring alignment with the organisations growth and retention plans.

Our business is a fast paced one, you will be comfortable working in this type of environment. Reporting to our National HR Manager, you will be supported by local HR representation in each state and backed by a great Executive Team. You will be the go-to person responsible for the following:

• Developing & driving innovative Recruitment & Talent Attraction strategies amongst state based teams
• Reporting at C-Suite & Board level on turnover and retention projects and data analytics
• Develop internal training programs to upskill our current workforce
• Recruitment of key white collar roles
• Understanding of HR legislation in order to provide advisory assistance in the white and blue collar spaces when required
• Support a working environment where people feel engaged, rewarded and valued
• Drive existing internal engagement programs with the support of local state based HR teams and develop new initiatives to support in the retention of our workforce
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve our goal to be an employer-of-choice

About you:

You will be driven and determined to be an ambassador for change within our business, ideally you may have worked in a Blue Collar environment before or have experience managing transition across a large workforce.

In order for you to succeed in the role, you must have:

• Demonstrated experience as an accomplished recruitment professional
• High levels of internal and external stakeholder engagement
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision makers
• Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and ability to set goals
• A passion for people with the natural ability to connect and build relationships
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field

Salary: $100,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
