About Customer Success at BuildPass:

At BuildPass, we believe in delivering outcomes that make our customers love our products. It’s our Customer Success Managers’ responsibility to ensure that our customers remain satisfied and engaged with the BuildPass platform. Our approach is all about building strong relationships, understanding our customers’ needs and goals, and fostering meaningful engagement with our platform.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

• Onboard and guide Builders as they start using the BuildPass platform
• Understand their implementation and setup requirements
• Provide training for site and office staff
• Ensure ongoing engagement and track progress
• Guarantee exceptional outcomes from support requests
• Regularly check in to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals

Other Qualifications (not required but helpful):
