  Velocity Consulting: Targeted intervention to solve highly complex engineering problems or rescue at-risk engagements by small group of experts

  Professional Education: High-impact training courses taught by practitioners (Agile and Lean methodologies)

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Consultant with deep expertise in sourcing and recruiting high-calibre technical talent (i.e. Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Front End Engineers). A successful Talent Acquisition Consultant, will have a genuine interest in technology, regularly keeping up to date on the latest trends in the market.

You’ll join a growing talent acquisition team, dedicated in sourcing the best talent to staff our complex projects and programmes in the technology domain.

The ideal candidate will come from either an in-house or agency background, with recent experience sourcing technical candidates using a variety of tools and sources.

Responsibilities

• Generation/sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases
• Creating and maintaining an effective talent pool of candidates, maintaining regular contact and updating them on our future hiring needs
• Regular networking with past, present and future candidates
• Market mapping, identifying trends in our current and past hiring
• Providing feedback to candidates throughout the process
• Coordination of interview processes
• Creation and distribution of marketing material and job ads to help develop buildit brand
• Managing the expectations of applicants and effectively matching their career goals to our hiring and business strategy
• Ensuring accurate record keeping of candidate data, regularly auditing our ATS system
• Building strong internal professional relationships

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk with senior and technical candidates
• An articulate, professional demeanour and can demonstrate the ability to build rapport with candidates
• Recruitment experience, either inhouse or agency
• Must have strong recent experience in a delivery / resourcing role
• Excellent experience sourcing senior technical candidates, with the ability to conceptualise the wider impact of technology to our clients
• Good understanding of Microservices and/or Cloud technologies
• Must have a demonstratable track record of achievement in recruitment roles
• Experience of recruiting multiple positions simultaneously
• Ability to qualify roles and effectively match candidates
• Ability to build strong internal relationships
• Knowledge of the consulting and/or finance industry (nice to have)
