The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key Human Resources team member responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Recruitment Strategy :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.

Candidate Sourcing :

• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to source potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Screening and Evaluation :

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination :

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Guide to hiring managers on effective interview techniques and evaluation criteria.

Candidate Experience :

• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate with candidates regarding the status of their applications and provide constructive feedback when necessary.

Employer Branding :

• Contribute to the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

Collaboration :

• Work closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and priorities.
• Guide to hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive intelligence.

Compliance :

• Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and ethical standards.

Data Management :

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate regular s on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.

Continuous Improvement :

• Identify opportunities for process improvement in the recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Some organizations may consider equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Must be bilingual.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

Strong work ethic and ability to multitask various projects at one time. Must have a sense of urgency. Will be flexible; be tactful and gracious in dealing with all constituents.

MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
