Position Summary : The Logistics Manager adds value to BAPI by overseeing and optimizing the company’s supply chain and logistics operations.
This position involves managing all aspects of the logistics process, including supply chain strategy, inventory management, procurement, shipping, receiving, transportation coordination, and team leadership.
The Logistics Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods / services to customers, optimizing inventory levels, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals.
The Logistics Manager collaborates closely with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and other partners to enhance operational efficiency.

Logistics Manager Principle Responsibilities :
Supply Chain Management :
Procurement, Inventory Management, Receiving, Transportation and Distribution :
Oversee the development and implementation of proper supply chain budget and cost efficiency :
Team Management :
Partner with Senior Leadership Team
Maintains industry knowledge by attending educational workshops or classes; reviewing related publications; establishing networks.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects and tasks as delegated supervisor.

Education Requirements (R / Required, P / Preferred) :
P) Bachelor’s Degree
Degrees Preferred : Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Logistics Manager Training, Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Specific Training in this field (R / Required, P / Preferred) :
R) ISO 9001
P) Six Sigma and / or Lean
Experience / Knowledge in this field (R / Required, P / Preferred) :
R) 5 Years Logistics in Manufacturing experience, (P) Light Assembly electronics manufacturing experience
R) 2 years Leadership experience, (P) 5 years leadership experience
R) Contract Negotiations with carriers
P) Familiar with general electronics components
P) Domestic Shipping, International Shipping and Customs
General Experiences / Knowledge / Skills :
Authority :
Supervisory Responsibility : Direct Supervisory responsibility
Working Conditions :
Physical efforts (e.g. standing, sitting, walking, repetitive lifting, bending stooping, or other physical effort required and how much) :
