Buildability Group is a privately owned recruitment company who have operated within both the construction and engineering sectors since 2013. We specialise in providing permanent white collar recruitment and trades & labour hire for large Commercial, Residential and Civil Infrastructure companies across Australia.

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant in the Client Side / Developer / Property space to join our successful and thriving team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to help grow this brand new section of the business and become a high earning recruiter.

THE ROLE
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be drumming up new business / clients and understanding their business needs, whilst providing suitable candidate solutions. There’s already a warm desk to work with and lots in place for the right person to pick it up, run with it and grow our brand in that space.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2-3yrs previous recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of recruitment in the Client Side / Developer / Property space
• Alternatively, someone from the Client Side / Developer / Property industry who wants to make a career change in recruitment
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build successful relationships with both clients and candidates
• A positive and up-beat attitude to work
• Strong computer and writing skills
