Build Your Firm Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist at Madison, CT Full Time

Our growing company is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The main objectives of this position would be managing our Outsourced Marketing and Lead Generation Program.

You are working in a team environment with other online marketing and website development professionals in our Madison CT office. There is no travel required for this position.

Local candidates only. We are searching for someone based in Connecticut to work in our Madison CT office. This is not a remote position. Digital agencies need NOT reply. This is an existing position we are seeking to fill immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing and lead generation for existing clients
• Managing Local Search, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Online Reviews for existing clients
• Manage direct mail campaigns for existing clients
• One-on-one calls with existing clients about lead generation, results, and actions need to accelerate growth
• Coach existing clients on actions needed to improve client acquisition and lead generation
• Track and analyze results for existing clients
• Provide website analytics (Google Analytics, Google Ads ing) when needed

Experience:

• At least 3+ years experience in similar field
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Local Search, Retargeting Advertising, Online Reviews, SEO and online lead generation
• Multi-tasker with exceptional project management skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Experience working in a team environment
• Passionate about marketing online

Compensation will be $60,000-$85,000. There is a base and bonus.
