We seek a highly motivated, quick learner, with strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (both written and oral).

The responsibilities of the selected candidate will include;

Ability to work remotely
Answering phone calls and emails
Scheduling subcontractors
Recruiting and hiring new subcontractors
Filing and reconciling accounts on spreadsheets

Qualifications:

– High adaptability to new software systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

– Some experience with Quickbooks

– Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $36,000.00-$47,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
  • receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
